Let's get started!

First, open a new canvas 600 x 600. Then, flood fill white. Open your tube and duplicate it into a new window (just use Shift+D). Close the original and leave the duplicate up for reference. Install your Mask1_j0eswife into your PSP Masks folder.

Open a paper of your choice – I am using Darkest Pink. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Save.

Now, with your paper layer active, apply your mask. I am using Mask1_j0eswife. Be sure that “Source luminance” is checked, “Fit to canvas” is checked, “Hide all mask” is checked, and “Invert transparency” is CHECKED.

Now, right-click on your mask layer and choose “Delete.” Then choose “Yes” to merge the mask into the layer below. Right click on the merged layer and choose “Merge,” then choose “Merge Group.” Save again.

Copy and paste your frame as a new layer. I am using Darkest Pink Beaded Frame, resized 50%. (Go to Image>Resize. Be sure that “Resize all layers” is UNchecked.) Leave your frame in the center of your canvas.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, and move it below your frame layer. Arrange it so that the face is framed in the circle.

Copy and paste a second paper as a new layer, and move it below your tube layer. I am using Light Green. Save.

Click on your frame layer to activate it. Using your Magic Wand Tool (tolerance and feather set to 0), click inside the frame. Selections>Modify>Expand by 4 (may be different if you are using a different frame). Selections>Invert.

Click on your tube layer and hit the delete key. Click on your newest paper layer and hit the delete key. Selections>None. Save.

Change the blend mode on your tube layer. I used “Luminance Legacy.” Right click on your tube layer, Merge>Merge Down. Right click on your frame layer, Merge>Merge Down.

Now, crop your image to remove any of the tube or paper that is hanging around off the canvas. Choose the crop tool, set to free form, and stretch out the cropping frame so that it covers your entire canvas. Click the green check mark to apply the crop.

Next, add a drop shadow to this merged layer. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. I am using settings 0, 0, 80, 10, color black. Save.

Now, apply Mura’s Filter Meister: Copies. Choose setting “Encircle.” Leave all the default settings, except change the “Number” setting to 5. Save.

Copy and paste accent of choice, I am using Flower Button1. Leave it in the center of the canvas, as your top layer.

Next, add a drop shadow to your accent (flower button). Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. I am using settings 0, 0, 80, 10, color black. Save.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer (should be top layer), and arrange it how you like.

Next, add a drop shadow to your tube. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. I am using settings -2, -2, 80, 10, color black. Save.

Now, copy and paste accent of choice. I am using the darkest pink butterfly from my kit, resized to 50%. (Go to Image>Resize. Be sure that “Resize all layers” is UNchecked.)

I also free rotated the butterfly 30 degrees to the right, and moved it up to the top right corner of the tag. (Image>Free Rotate, be sure that “All layers” is UNchecked.)

Now, before you add your copyright info and other text, resize the tag to its final size. First, crop off any excess around the edges. Then, choose Image>Resize. Under “Advanced settings,” be sure “Lock aspect ratio” and “Resize all layers” are both CHECKED. Save again.

Now add your copyright info, license number (if applicable), and tagger’s mark (if you use one). Save

Finally, add your name. I am using font “Deftone Sylus” at a size of 100, stroke width 2, using #f8ec9d for my stroke (foreground) color and #943a39 for my fill (background) color. Convert to raster layer.

Apply Inner Bevel using the settings below:

Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. I am using settings 2, 2, 80, 5, color black. Save.

That’s it - you are done!
